Project X coming Saturday
Tech Sec is organizing Inter Hostel Project X on 14th Jan. Each half wing is supposed to send one team to participate in the event. Freshies who don't know what Project X is are encouraged to meet The Tech Sec, Room no: 242. You can as well contact any senior. Best of luck to all.

Only three teams came to participate. And they shared the first prize. I guess Chotu will add more to this.
Project X is an event which gives all participants a chance to apply all those principles they learnt in life or simply to chuck it all and go by intuition as they try to obtain certain objectives, like designing a longest path to keep a ball in air, designing a tower made of straws that can hold maximum weight, make the most efficient windmill from aluminum sheet. Participants are given materials to construct their designs leading to a very hands-on approach to problem solving.
